TOPIC	KY Pollution Prevention Center's Two-Phased Approach to Energy Assessment

OVERVIEW	Can your building or business benefit from KPPC.s free energy assessment services? Phase 1 is a "tabletop" assessment to look at 12 months of energy billing data for opportunities in: billing errors, tariff rate changes, power factor improvements, interruptible power, available incentives, and demand-reduction strategies. Phase 2 is a walk-through assessment to look for energy opportunities in facility subsystems, such as lighting, HVAC, hot water, compressed air, boilers, furnaces, and other process equipment.
