ENERGY STAR's Portfolio Manager Tool is extremely helpful in evaluating a property’s current efficiency and in tracking the property’s efficiency improvement progress.
“ENERGY STAR’s utility monitoring program is an excellent tool for managers to evaluate the effectiveness of their conservation efforts. Whether a property is new to benchmarking or a veteran, ENERGY STAR provides a basis to compare your property’s performance with other similar buildings and the best part is there is zero cost to the user.”
